For the last After Effects session, everyone joined in with making a collaborative film around the theme land and sea, made up of little ten second animations. Before the session, we were required to bring illustrations made on Illustrator so that the individual layers could be edited and manipulated. I decided to produce a fish and a starfish.

Along with these, I also added little bubbles to further develop the land and sea theme. I animated these using the particle system effect. To start, I simply enables stopwatches and move the fish along the scene. I tried to create a wiggling motion however this was difficult as I needed to do a transition simultaneously after another. For the starfish I rotated it as I didn’t want it to clash with the fish. Overall, I really like my animation as it is very simple but looks effective and responds to the brief well.
